Omneeti have a bold x and the trackpad is clunky seems to not fit the hole and not to the standard it should be. i would like a new trackpad installed if it needs too and also can you have a look at the headphone jack because it wont work with my beats headphones it only plays one ear but ive tried it with my ipod and it works perfectly. also if possible could you replace the housing to blue if i pay extra. i dont live in alton but i live near. i prefer if you ring me with a quote and i will give you my full address and further information about the problems. kind regardsjosephps the number on the form is my mobile i will give you my home number when you next get in touch

Shelinniwont turn on and red light flashing very slowly. phone was working fine never had a problem then yesterday i unplugged it and hasnt worked since. did all the usual stuff like battery pull etc.even tried the battery from a friends x and that made no difference either.thanks.
